Collective Identity

Collectively, our identity, as Honors and Portfolio art students is one of high school students.  There are differences; many of the art students are a bit offbeat, different from the norm/what is expected or considered to be successful in our world.  Many are more creative than the average and see things in different ways than other people, and therefore are more accepting of things that are different.  But we are still high school students.  We have the ideas of our generation and, for the most part, the maturity of teenagers through which we view these ideas.  We believe in freedom of choice, preserving the environment, equality of all, and accepting everyone for who they are and what they create.  We, like all high schoolers, like to goof off and have fun, but we also enjoy working on our artwork.

Howdy!
